Vincent has a proven track record managing R&D and engineering departments in start-up environments having worked as Vision Algorithm Project Manager at Machine Vision Technology, Dublin (Sold to Agilent Technologies in 2000), and also as Vice-President for Engineering in Optical Metrology Innovations, Cork (sold to KLA-Tencor in 2007). Vincent has a strong understanding of high technology product development with a focus on design, innovation and quality excellence.

Vincent holds a Ph.D. from the EMBL (Heidelberg, Germany) and two postdoctoral experiences on Scanning Tunnelling imaging and electron tomography.
