The existing shareholder base consists of the Nualight founders, 4th Level Ventures, Enterprise Ireland private investors, and the Quinn family (founders of Superquinn, Ireland’s most innovative food retailer). 
Nualight partners with multiple stakeholders in the global food retail industry typically using one of three engagement models. Some retailers prefer to work with us directly or on request ask us to work directly with their key suppliers (e.g. merchandising equipment suppliers, lighting designers, interiors architects, refrigeration & maintenance contractors and installation companies etc).
Nualight has three business models: 1. Retro-fit Nualight works directly with energy consultants, lighting consultants, maintenance contractors, refrigeration specialists, installation companies and food retailers to retrofit existing equipment. We are actively seeking partners in the retrofit supply chain to promote our unrivalled Vantium Product Series globally. 2. OEM
The Vantium Product Series from Nualight is designed into many of the world’s leading equipment manufacturers. We are key suppliers to Door, Glass, Cover and Case manufacturers. Nualight is actively seeking partners in the OEM supply chain to promote our unrivalled product series globally. 3. Private Label The Vantium Product Series is available for private label or technology licensing opportunities in commercial, residential or general retail. Nualight is actively seeking deployment partners outside of the global food retail sector.  Founded in 2004 by one of the world’s leading LED authorities, Dr. Liam Kelly, Nualight came to market with an award-winning luminaire, (Best New Product, Lightfair 2005).
